The DENAKMI platform

OVERVIEW

Denkami is a tool for collecting information using your phone, tablet, or computer. You can gather data whether you're connected to the internet or working offline. Information is saved directly on your device and can be easily shared with other users. The system automatically updates everyone's data so everyone has the latest information.

One of Denkami's key strengths is how it organizes your data. The platform uses a structure where all your registration information connects to any follow-up survey questionnaires data you collect later. This connection, shown in the diagram below, lets you design not just single surveys, but also surveys where you need to collect additional information over time.

DATA FEATURES

SHARE DATA BETWEEN MOBILE USERS Data collected on the mobile phone is shared between mobile users in the same mobile user group, data submitted or updated by one user is automatically synchronised to all users in the group		DATA REMAINS ON THE PHONE By default, all data is always available on the mobile phone. Data collected on the mobile phone is sent to the server and remains on the phone.

COLLECT FOLLOW UP DATA Register a data entity and collect additional data for that entity by defining new survey questionnaires.		PRE-LOAD DATA Copy and paste your existing data from Excel to into the registration survey. If you have already an existing data set you can upload this into the registration survey.

ALLOCATE DATA TO MOBILE USERS Using mobile user groups you can define access by the mobile users to selected surveys, data sets and survey questionnaires. Allocate data to the mobile users such that they only access the data they are responsible for.		ACCESS THE DATA ON THE PLATFORM Survey data can be accessed and submitted using the mobile app and the platform. The platform provides an interface to view and edit all submitted data.

REPORTING

Data reports are integrated in the system, there is no need to link the system to external reporting platforms or export the data for your reports. All reports are real time, they are instantly updated when new data is received. The platform implements two types of reports, reports in a spreadsheet and MS Word reports.

SURVEY CREATOR

The survey creator makes it easy to design and test your own surveys. Use the survey creator by dropping questions from the toolbox onto the canvas and set the properties of the question in the properties column. Advanced logic functions and expressions can be defined within the survey creator and you can test the surveys before releasing the survey to the users.

INTEGRATION WITH MAPS

The system is using Open Streeat Maps to show GPS data of the GPS postion, GPS polyline and GPS polygon questions. This is both integrated on the phone and the platform, you need to be online to see maps.
