SURVEY SETUP CHECKLIST
- Create a New Survey
Click the "SURVEYS +" button to create a new (empty) survey. Select your survey from the dropdown menu to begin configuration. - Set Up Registration Tables
Navigate to Registration tables under the Registration menu. Create at least one registration table with initial values to define the core entities for your survey (e.g., people, locations, equipment). - Design the Registration Survey
Each survey includes a default registration questionnaire. Select Registration under the Registration menu to open the survey creator where you can build your registration form. The dropdown questions defined by your registration tables will already appear on the form. - Add Survey Questionnaires
Click "Add Questionnaire" under the Questionnaires menu to create additional data collection forms. - Set Up Mobile User Accounts
Go to Mobile users under the Users menu. Create accounts for field staff who will collect data using the mobile app. - Create Mobile User Groups
Navigate to Mobile users groups under the Users menu. Organize users into teams and configure which surveys and registration data each user or group can access and edit. - Install the Mobile App
Using your browser on your Android device, go to the denkami.com website and select Mobile app in the menu. This will show you the link to download and install the app. - Register the Mobile User on the App
Open the app and go to Account name on the Settings tab. Enter and save your account name. Then go to Register on the Settings tab and enter your Username and Password to register the device for the mobile user account. - Collect Data
Go to Sync data on the Settings tab and synchronize to download all surveys and data to the device. Then go to the Surveys tab to access the surveys. You are now ready to collect data.
